Independent Medical Examination

Dr. Bundy is able to perform an Independent Medical Examination (IME) on an individual which may entail a review of records, interview of an individual and/or friends and family, physical examination, general research, past medical history, current symptoms and limitations, completed diagnostic studies, and completed and recommended treatments. 

Opinions may be offered pertaining to causation, permanency of injury, disability, financial loss, necessity for future medical and rehabilitative care, etc., depending on the needs of each specific case. 

As a Certified Physician Life Care Planner, Dr. Bundy prepares Life Care Plans which may include the components of an IME as well as a report outlining an individual's future ongoing medical, psychological, and rehabilitative needs and the costs associated with treatment through life expectancy.

Opinions may be offered pertaining to causation, permanency of injury, disability, financial loss, necessity for future medical and rehabilitative care, etc., depending on the needs of each specific case.

Dr. Bundy is available for case review and rendering expert opinions. He effectively communicates medical terms and concepts in a professional and understandable way. Dr. Bundy has experience testifying at both depositions and trial. 

In addition to formulating Life Care Plans, Dr. Bundy is available to review reports completed by other professionals and complete a Critique & Rebuttal Report. Components of the Life Care Plan that would be evaluated and critiqued may include processes and methodologies, opinions and conclusions, research and evidence relied upon, completeness and accuracy of data, etc., depending on the needs of each specific case.
